“Owners were very friendly and great at communicating ahead of our arrival. We had a fridge in our room, which was really helpful and the water and tea/coffee/biscuits left were lovely. “If you are driving to travel, it will be a good choice to stay in this hotel. Since it is a bit far away from the Cambridge town, we need to take the bus with around 30 mins from the town to the hotel. The environment around the hotel is very nice, you can have a walk to the Thames river with around 30 mins walk, and we saw a beautiful sunset during the walk. The staff is very nice. And the room condition is very good. The bathroom is very big but it is outside my room, I can't sure is it share……

“A very good experience to stay in this accommodation, the owner was friendly and nice, the entire environment was good and quiet, the room was big and clean. Breakfast was good, which prepared by the owner. The location was near Cambridge, but just a bit far from the coach station, for me, the distance was acceptable. The hotel is recommenced.”

“A lovely room nestled in a beautiful courtyard.

“This is a beautiful B&B in a quiet residential area. The large garden is a perfect place to relax and defuse after a busy day. There is also a big public park a short distance away that has football nets, basketball, tennis, etc. The Holly Tree is walking distance from the bus station where there is a bus going downtown every 5 minutes. It is also walking distance from the medical complex, making it very helpful for the families of people in Addenbrook's or Royal Papworth.
