The rooms were spotless. Edwin and Felix and also the rest of the staff were very attentive, Great hospitality.

We had an ocean view room which was beautiful and clean..sheets had some stains on them even though the sheets seemed washed. Overall my husband and I had a great time...my husband especially because he is a big drinker but I couldn't drink because I was 4 months pregnant. The food is the same everyday and wasn't that great.....they did have these "special" restaurants where you can make a special reservation which my husband and I ended up using. The food wasn't that great there either ...it didn't seem fresh sort of frozen and reheated. The night shows were fun and entertaining....the night club was awful they only played salsa and bachata almost no merengue. The resort is not only for tourist but there are also many locals that do go there...so if your looking for peace and quiet it's not the resort for you, also they were doing construction by one of the pools so the noise was very annoying. The resort was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for.

Very clean. Excellent food. Good service. Had a difficult time getting our rooms when we arrived. We were a group of 6 friends but rooms were scattered and one reservation was especially difficult. I had called ahead and spoke directly with front desk and was assured that they had reservations for us. 6 single women, and two rooms had only one bed. 2 ladies needed handicap scooters which didn’t arrive until the next day, even though they were requested when I confirmed our reservations by phone. I speak fluent Spanish so I know they understood my requests when I spoke to them on the phone. Otherwise the resort was excellent!

Really accommodating, friendly, nice, professional, helpful and available staff. Entertainment staff (Louis, Franklin, Louis, Antonio, Evelin, Yufreisi etc. are great and work really hard with day & evening activities. They have something different every night and try to get everyone involved. We had a great time at all the parties and shows. Bartenders were great, plentiful and super friendly (Dorka, Carlos, Franklin, etc.). Pool and beach are beautifully set up and clean. Rooms are a nice size, full beds & an extra cot they added that was comfortable w/ couch and back porch area.

The room is spacious and the lobby is pretty. The location has an amazing night time view from the terrace. The buffet was ok and the Dominican restaurant was very good. They don’t have water bottles at the restaurants or buffet so you have to bring your own either you buy bottles from outside or bring the ones included in your room fridge. The resort itself has no activities aside from the pool, the beach and a nightly show on the terrace. The shows are loud and you will hear the music really loud in your room until about 11:30pm the pool water is not heated and the hot tub basically has cold water in it too. The beach is public and the water was so dirty. Floating food, cans and bottles among other things. Our toilet had to get repaired because it would not flush, the soap bottle glued to the wall fell off with one pump and the safe deposit box did not want to lock. The shower door is useless and water falls all over the floor. Overall it was just ok and I would not stay here again.
