Too many locals on day passes during the weekend. The snack bar food was the same everyday and it was gross besides the fries. The buffet was okay. The front desk staff try to scam you into upgrading to a room that you already upgraded and paid for. I will not stay there again.

Everything was excellent. This was our second stay. We enjoyed this time even more! The staff is top notch. The food is above average with plenty to sample and enjoy. There are two large pools and a separate dual hot tub setup. The bigger "lively" pool has pretty cool interactive entertainment and a more energetic vibe. The other pool is more tranquil. On the down side ... 1. the beach is not the best, although the resort has little control over the issue. 2. For the destination and price, I would expect fresh, local juices instead of the seemingly artificial flavored juices. Still a 4.95 rating by my vote.

For the price I have no complaints with my stay. The staff were awesome. They helped us with every request we had. Graccie House was on a quiet street yet close to anything you could need. A 5 minute walk to the Malecon where we found some excellent restaurants. I would stay here again.
