"Great rest stop on our way to Rome. There is no direct access to the lake (it's about a 2 km walk/drive from the hotel), but the hotel is clean and nice. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the free continental breakfast was wonderful! Great selection of pastries, and two very excellent coffee/cappuccino machines. Overall, a great place to rest, in a quiet, peaceful area."

"The location could not be better, steps from St Francis Basilica. The views are spectacular. I valued the history of the hotel, which used to be a monastery. They have done a good job adding some modern conveniences while maintaining its historic foundation. Breakfast was simple but tasty and the customer service was excellent. "Breakfast was not that good every thing was cold but the coffee. Same food everyday. Room was beat up for it only being 1 year old, walls were dirty and beat up. Property was beautiful. The smoking area seemed to be below our room because our room smelled like smoke 3 or 4 times a day and night. Staff was good. I would stay again."
