This hotel was beautiful and very relaxing. Although it was in a built up area it seemed secluded in the country side. Room was beautiful and very quiet. Breakfast was excellent and included. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay here! The front desk staff especially Jessica and Aymen were wonderful! Very helpful throughout our 12 day stay. The breakfast buffet is superb and made it so convenient to start your day just by going downstairs. It is included with your room rate. The only issue is you must have a car to stay here as it is about 15 minutes from central Perugia and there is really no nearby public transportation. Overall however a wonderful hotel!

Absolutely stunning facility !!!! Everything was great, reception , service, restaurant, gym, spa ….. we loved it so much we did not leave to do any site seeing as we were so relaxed and pampered wherever we went. Very professional front desk , and spa receptionists are so accommodating. We ordered a package to be delivered there two weeks before our arrival date to the hotel and they took it and kept for us, they even placed the package in our room before arriving there. Simply the best in everything.

Great hotel, reasonably priced

Very clean, confortable. Very friendly. Very good bed. Breakfast well above average The restaurant next door was very good and reasonably priced. There is a bus into the centre of town but if you're visiting Perugia as a tourist, it's perhaps a little further out of town than is ideal.

This property was right in the middle of an industrial, and built up area. Although the hotel and staff were good, we would never have booked if we'd have realised it's location. The picture in expedia do not show that at all. Very disappointed.

Struttura molto carina. Camera bella, pulita. Lenzuola ed asciugamani di alta qualità. Avevamo scelto questo relais perché dotato di servizio ricarica auto elettrica ma purtroppo ne siamo rimasti delusi perché trattasi di wallbox per una sola vettura (al nostro arrivo, nel tardo pomeriggio, è rimasta occupata fino la mattina dopo). Non abbiamo trovato in camera l’usuale foglio con le indicazioni sui servizi offerti e orari colazione etc).

Piscina molto bella ma essendo italiani nessuno si fa la doccia prima di entrare, taluni poi addirittura si siedono a bordo piscina e fanno un normale pediluvio muovendo i piedini in acqua, tipo bambini piccoli... abbastanza deprimente... ma con la struttura c'entra poco. Camera molto bella con tv grande e piccolo disimpegno per vestiti e scarpe. Doccia comoda, letto confortevole (traputino memory). Colazione davvero spettacolare di qualità oltre la media dei 4 stelle. Bar altrettanto piacevole e parcheggio a fianco all'entrata. Un posto davvero bello e molto ben tenuto, consigliatissimo, personale premuroso.

Oase direkt im Industriequartier

Das Hotel liegt in einer Industriezone und direkt neben der Autobahn. Die Zimmer sind gut schallisoliert. Am Pool muss man eine Badekappe tragen!!!! Diese kann man vor Ort kaufen. Die Badetücher für den Pool muss man extra bezahlen. Für Getränke am Pool wir ein Zuschlag von 20% verrechnet. Das nahegelegene Restaurant "Osteria dell Olmo" ist sehr zu empfehlen. Fleisch gibts vom Holzkohlegrill.

Bella struttura, ben tenuta e pulita, non proprio vicinissima ai punti di interesse. Ottimo il ristorante a pochi passi, "Osteria dell'Olmo", davvero consigliato. Il servizio SPA assolutamente da migliorare. Buona la colazione.
