The wifi is not working or a very weak signal; the restaurant is not open on Monday, a useful information which was not mentioned when we booked it; very outdated but not in an antique manner. At least, the view was magnific.

Exceptional property located about 20 mins from Perugia .. located on a beautiful rolling hill overlooking lush green valley and mountains. Paolo was very courteous and thoughtful providing us with recommendations on local restaurants as well as shopping areas and points of interest . Our room was very clean and comfortable. Well well worth the value..

Credo ci sia molto dello spirito delle origini nel ricevere gli ospiti, ma a fronte di una buona tradizione penso che pecchi nell'innovazione. Essendo una struttura isolata, suggerirei di aprire una zona benessere per l'inverno, in molti alberghi ci sono saune, spa e piscine coperte. Non sarebbe male sfruttare la piscina esistente ed inserire uno spazio benessere al coperto. Tipo le terme di Sirmione (ovviamente in piccolo) sarebbe un servizio gradevole per gli ospiti sia di inverno che estate. Cmq piacevole.

Tolle Lage - wir kommen wieder

Das Hotel war als stopover auf dem Weg in den Süden gedacht. Die Lage hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir wiederkommen werden, um die herrliche Aussicht zu genießen und mehr von der wunderbaren Umgebung zu erkunden. Auch das Restaurant hat uns positiv überrascht.
