Dapper Delaware! Close to Fwy, 12 min to downtown

Completely renovated apartment minutes from the 90 freeway, 12 minutes from downtown Cleveland. Our home is on an extremely quiet / low traffic street and is a 10 minute walk to some of the best restaurants Lakewood has to offer, like Angelo's Pizza, Woodstock BBQ and Western Reserve Distillery.

Very quiet and safe neighborhood. No through street traffic.

This listing come with off street / driveway parking.

2 bedrooms with Queen beds, a massive granite topped kitchen with all new fixtures / appliances and a spacious living room with a large Roku TV with Disney+, Hulu and Netflix. The couch has a large ottoman that when nestled up to it, turns the whole thing into a futon bed. We are open to having up to 6 guests (2 would need to be small children in this case) provided you contact us about your plans beforehand and we are all on the same page about sleeping arrangements.

Ample parking. Can walk to many places.

Cute little house

This was a perfect little landing spot while in town to visit our adult children. The home has been updated for the most part and is pretty spacious! We can absolutely see ourselves booking here again. Great location to everything!

Clean, quiet getaway

The Dapper Delaware is a very nice, clean, cozy & quiet house, in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to the highway for easy access to East & West side activities in the greater Cleveland area. The only downfall to our stay was no access to do laundry and very limited towels & blankets. Overall it was a great property that we would definetely stay at again for a long weekend.

Winter visit

House was pretty clean. Random pieces of paper and napkins left on floor. Home was spacious and easy to navigate. Need a rug and chair at the door to take shoes off as requested. It is a two family house and the upstairs was very loud at various times. Entire conversations and all movement could be heard. The porch steps and driveway became very icy after a brief snowfall. It was cozy and comfortable.

Location was great

The location was close to everything we wanted to do. Place is old and floors creek loudly but not bad place to stay. Suggestions: Everything was clean but the bathroom. The tile was dirty and was afraid to lean up against the wall to wash off. Towels could be better as well as the toilet paper. The bed pillows were flat. The beds were comfortable. There was no dish towel or dish cloth in the kitchen for use. Could use lamp as you come in the door so can see when come in at night. Owner kept in contact but when I could not locate the hair dryer and e-mailed them received no response. I finally found it a day later in a closet that had nothing to do with the bathroom.

GREAT place to stay!

Super close to the expressway yet a peaceful, convenient location! House was as pictured, tasteful and comfortable. Would def stay here again

Needs light

We were satisfied with our stay, but there could be a few minor upgrades. There are Three chairs around the dinning room table. I'm sure there used to be four - maybe one broke. There is a single non-shaded lamp by the fireplace at the end of the living room (only light in that room). The beds were comfortable. There is minimal silverware and dishes . We mainly ate out with our adult children who live close bye, so it was not a big issue for our stay. The kitchen and bathroom upgrades were well done. I would rate the unit a 3.5 stars - easily upgraded with a small investment.
