“The room was very clean and nice and chilled for the weather extreme hot temperatures that were happening while I was there for 24 hours. The staff was very helpful and kind. I highly recommend The Westin there in downtown Cleveland.

“They are a dog friendly hotel with an indoor dog park!
Our room had an electric "fireplace" and 2 large televisions. Comfy couch and leather chair in "sitting " area, in front of fireplace.
Very nice lounge and restaurants for atmosphere and relaxing.

Outside property needs upkeep and cleaning up. Inside was dirty. My room had an odor of being unclean and the floors were dirty—walking barefoot in my room resulted in dark and dirty feet!!
