“Our recent stay at the Carrier house in Rutherfordton was absolutely wonderful. The property is beautiful inside and out – exterior is perfectly maintained with an adorable garden. That makes a charming first impression. Inside, the home is thoughtfully designed, blending historical character with tasteful modern amenities. Jim and Russell are exceptional host. They took the time to share the fascinating history of the house and even told us about the background of our individual room, which……

“It's basically a furnished one bedroom apartment. It's away from the highway so its very low noise. About the only complaint I have is the puny coffee maker :) Denise was very easy to work with. Check-in was a breeze. Wifi was great. While not an issue, the kitchen does not have any pots and pans. Just something to remember.”
