"The location, room, and how comfortable the bed was all made this stay as good as it could be. Everything about the hotel was 10/10 except for the internet. We were in a room on the 4th floor and brought our laptop to get a few things done and to stream something we really wanted to see on Friday night. We could not get and maintain a signal for more than 30 seconds at a time. We told the front desk thinking that maybe a modem needed to be rebooted or something and the young man at the front desk said his was working just fine on his phone that he also was connected to the guest WiFi, We explained that we had no problem with the signal downstairs but in our room we had nothing. No response. Saturday morning someone else was on duty and we again explained our issue. They were going to tell IT and see if something could be done. Came back to the hotel in the late afternoon and asked if it had been addressed. The new person at the front desk had no idea what we were talking about. She was very friendly and helpful. Called for help immediately. We went to the room to wait for a call from IT. The phone rang once. We answered it and no one was there. We gave up and didn't get anything done that we had planned to do on our laptop during this trip. Considering we booked a room with a work desk, this would have been a much bigger problem if someone was strictly on a business trip. Everything else was great."

"We loved our spacious suite at a reasonable price. Everyone was friendly and the suite was clean, nicely furnished, bed was very comfortable. I think they may have a problem with people smoking although there are signs everywhere prohibiting it, our room and nthe hallways had traces of cigarette smoke. Breakfast items could be improved although it was sufficient. Free fresh coffee served in the lobby am to pm. Very nice stay, comfortable, staff were more than nice and welcoming."

"A very nice place to stay in Asheville. The outdoor space was inviting, a small courtyard isolated from traffic. Lots of brick but very updated and clean. The bar space had games and nice paintings. There was a piano but we didn't see anyone playing it. I little bit far from the center of action but that is an excellent thing for a quiet and restful retreat. A bit of an uphill walk (2 blocks) to the main square but near Pack Tavern. We would stay again."
