“We stayed in Room 408 for three nights. The bed linens were nice, and the room was cozy, as expected. However, the bathroom was so small it was difficult to turn around in, and the water pressure was poor. It was also hard to adjust the water temperature. For a hotel describing itself as “luxury,” we were also surprised there was no minibar, coffee machine, or refrigerator. At around $700 per night, we expected these basic amenities to be included. We’ll look for other options next time for……

“Affordable and very close to a metro station. The staff was very helpful and the place was very well maintained and clean. It comes with a laundry room and although it has communal bathrooms, it was very clean and posed no issue. The rooms were certainly small with no room for a chair and the only place to sit down was on the bed which is not very wide. It had a TV and only downside for me as there was no ice machine. I will definitely stay here again when in NYC and comfortable and felt……

“Room was too small and not in a good proportion to the price charged. Poor amenities - paper cups with Teflon coating health risk and with environmental hazards. No glass or mug despite the request. Broken coffee maker. We had to buy our own mugs and kettle! Super noisy air conditioner which will disturb you during day time and scare you at night when sleeping. This is another thing must be fixed asap. Slow response - room services. Friendly, diligent and helpful staff at breakfast. Good……
