“Booked a non smoking room smell like marijuana and the fire alarm was disabled which is a fire hazard I refuse le to stay there.the door looked like it had been kicked in booked a room for two they gave us one towel no toiletries tried to get my money back they denied the claim the owner didn’t pick up the phone. STAY AWAY. I thought I’d be getting the house to ourselves there was other people there even a child the area was trashy with trash and dog poop on the sidewalk didn’t feel like a hotel……

“I booked this place thru expedia for 3 nights, and stayed there for 2 nights, the third day I flipped the pillow and almost vomited when I saw the dirt and the black hair on the pillow, then i looked under the cover and saw tiny little pieces of dirt and black hair. Also on a second day while sitting in my room locked there was somebody knocking and trying to open the door very agressively saying that he brought me the keys. The place is refusing the refund and an apology.”

“The property was double booked and they took my money and the code was never received therefore I could not check in to the property. I’m still waiting on a refund of $416.02 . The property should not be listed if people are occupying it. I was distraught when I found out this on my birthday weekend scrambling to find a place to go at almost midnight. This person should be banned from renting out this property so that it doesn’t happen again!”
