“Clean room ”

“Such a fun place! We will definitely be back. ”

“The room was nice but the shade on the window was broken. Trash was everywhere outside, the receptacle was full for 2 days. The trash bin was full inside,also. I thought that maybe the property was short-staffed, but the front desk ladies were just sitting and talking when not checking someone in (instead of doing what needed to be done). There was a big event in Columbus, with a lot of people in from out of town and I hate to see Columbus shown in this light. It’s a lovely property, so it……

“Actually Expedia said they allowed pets and in fact they do not! However the manager allowed us to stay and was very kind! ”

“Absolutely magnificent home! Years and years of loving curation provide pure eye candy for visitors while lending a true element of grandmacore nostalgia, exhibiting decades of a life well lived in every available space!! The host, Burnette, is a lovely lady and greets you with the warmth of a grandmother, happy to welcome you in with a cup of hot tea! Breakfast was a scrumptious homemade quiche and cherries jubilee! We look forward to returning!! ”

“Air conditioning was good and cold”

“Filthy hot tub, floors, no hot breakfast like advertised, no one at front desk. When they did come, rude and unfriendly. We ordered a king suite, got a king room with a crappy hot tub, no bars to get in/ out off it. Paid price of a suite not room. Need a partial refund....”

“A great hotel clean and a great location ”

“The breafast is awesome. The AC is great. There are 2 elevators for a 4 story Hotel which is perfect elevaroring. Only the number 1 car is in operation which causes long registration times (response to hallway call buttons) Plus the unit that does work has the Home Landing at the lobby instead of just on demand operation with last stop parking. Response time to up or down calls is improved when only one unit out of a duplex group is in running condition, instead of always returning to home……

“The staff at check-in and check-out were friendly and helpful. Check-in was slow but it appeared to be complicated software. The room and bathroom were clean. Third floor elevator request button would not light so I could never be sure the elevator was coming. The bed was comfortable but I really wish hotels would provide a few pillows with volume as opposed to puffy pillows that flatten as soon as they are put to use.”

“I had a horrible experience. I booked in advance and when arrived they have given my room up because I didn’t checkin by 6pm and we arrived around 8pmbut I paid for the room already. This was during a busy weekend where the furniture convention was in town and every hotel was book within and 1 and 10mins distance. We were lucky to have found a motel which was horrible and dirty but we had no choice e. This hotel left us in a city with no hotel, no other options and the night staff was so rude……

“Secure parking right in front of your room. Newly updated rooms. No water in pool but the staff was excellent. Highly recommend. ”

“These are outdoor rooms, and the locks and deadbolts were not sufficient for the doors. The bathroom was clean, but the pull out couch mattress had no sheets on it, and had rust marks and mold on it. For the price paid for the night, it was not worth the stay. The staff was amazing and sweet, but the property was not the 8 rating we paid for ”

“Had to wake the night manager up to check in and he was then rude when giving us the room key. Found hairs on the towels provided in the room ”
