“First impression was very clean and who ever the cleaning team is are great , also place was spacious and cozy. I loved the bedroom with the hammack swing and words of aspiration on the wall and set up in room where we could also capture pictures of our moments in this beautiful home and i cant wait to vidit dc again in the bear future and book this place again.”

“My wife had wanted to visit DC and the surrounding areas for several years so we opted to stay at this property northeast of the National Mall.The location is great. It is a reasonable walk to the Capitol and the Mall. The property is also a short walk to many excellent eateries. (Unfortunately many of the museums were closed due to the government shutdown, but we had a great time nonetheless.)I found our host to be helpful and quick to respond to questions through-out our visit. “When on vacation, location is important. And Reviews are important! This listing has 2 reviews only and there were no comments, so I feel it is important to be accurate here. While this listing boasts of it's close distance to various DC attractions, it is in a neighborhood and on a street corner that did not make me or my family feel safe. There are people lined up all along the street from noon well into the hours past midnight. We happened to be there during the week of July 4th so fireworks……

“Overall, this flat offered all we were looking for, a great price close to all the sights we were hoping to see. I assumed because it was a 3rd floor unit that there was an elevator, I was wrong. My husband is disabled so my own fault for not asking the question prior to booking. We didn't spend much time going up and down the stairs, and grandkids came in handy to retrieve meal deliveries.
