“Very clean, close to event and food.”

“This space is very well appointed, clean, and aesthetically attractive. We spent five days there, and it was a perfect homebase.”

“You will notice that the ratings and comments on this property are top notch The experience delivered as advertised. Jay was a great host. My wife and I got the biggest kick about how well thought out everything was about the property. Literally no stone left unturned. Jay puts his best effort into this experience. We travel a lot and we’ve never seen a rental this clean and this well thought out.As for Golden- we loved it. The property was within minutes of small and big chain grocers,……

“Our checkin process was a nightmare as the directions to even find the condo were not clear. There were no pictures or specific simple directions to follow. Then when we woke up the first morning, there was construction noise above us. The positive points were:The unit was very clean, orderly, and decorated well. The bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet after the first night. The book about the details of the condo and surrounding area was very helpful.”

“This adorable apartment is in the heart of downtown Golden. We were steps from great restaurants, the music festival, river access and Mines. Whoever decorated the apartment has a great eye. Everything we needed was in the apartment. Communication with the host and liaison was easy and answered promptly. They were both welcoming and so helpful. Will definitely be back!”

“The studio apartment had everything I needed. It’s in a great location. It was super clean and the host was very responsive.”

“The condo was clean, easy to find, plenty of parking. No troubles getting great communication with the host.”

“It was loud next to the freeway. I had to go buy earplugs.”

“Overall, we were disappointed by the property. The home was dirty and not maintained very well. We suggest hiring a new cleaning service. Amenities were bare minimum. The home says it sleeps 10, but it sleeps 10 with a blowup mattress. On a positive note, the communication with the owner was very good. He was very responsive and quick to help if we had any issues.”

“Easy access, nice space and amenities ”

“Perks.... location, t.p., dishwasher and washing machine pods, easy access, quiet, parking, communication with host, mattress and pillows acceptable.Cons....I didn't find any updates, wouldn't call it beautiful. Inadequate kitchen linens, & supplies for cooking meals. Bed had no blanket. Heavy grease, buildup throughout the kitchen, cupboard doors, switch plates, floor. Heavy dust build up on all inside trim of bathroom, and baseboards throughout. Dirty & dead flys in tracks of patio door &……

“Overall I would say the property is "just ok." My POV is based on the fact that we stayed for 2 weeks (needs are very different than a couple of nights). On a positive side I think the location is excellent (anything you need is close by). The property manager was excellent and handled everything perfectly. On a "needs improvement side" there are several things. Overall the unit/property is very dated with little or no money spent on improving the property. The inside (while clean) is very very……

“We had a really nice stay and an overall excellent day here. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!”

“It was a great place to stay while in Denver! Would highly recommend”

“We had such a great visit & this condo was the perfect place for us. We were there to see Supercross at Empower Field. The event was only 1 block away. We didn’t have to worry about parking or traffic afterwards. Great location, close to paved trails to run, bike or walk. Close by restaurants to walk to. Close to downtown. Condo was clean, beds were comfy, check in & out was easy. We’d stay there again.”
