“We stayed here for our niece’s wedding weekend where lodgings were all booked in the area. The host did not inform us about the lack of AC until our day of arrival, when it was too late to cancel without penalty or make alternative arrangements. During the day, indoor temperatures were well above 85°F. Because all bedrooms are on the top floors where heat rises, the warmth was trapped upstairs. Past midnight, indoor temperatures remained at 85°F and above, making it exceptionally difficult to……

“No address on the webpage where we booked the "cabin". It is called Bristlecone Lodge on it's website. difficult to find. We got there near 6 PM, did not know they shutdown checkin at 6 PM. No decaf coffee available in the room. Breakfast was waffles, that's it, no eggs, fruit, bacon, nothing, just waffles.”
