“When we arrived, the grass was knee high. It was mowed sometime the day after our arrival. There is black mold growing in the bathroom beside the shower. There's a chair that is completely bent and broken and there's a bad spot in the flooring. I made the owner aware of the issues the day after our stay (March 30) and still have had zero response. ”

“We had originally booked 3 nights through Expedia. The room was ok except for the moldy chair with a cigarette burn hole. Also one of the closet doors were missing. The air conditioner was old, noisey and kept us up most of the night. The worst part was that I felt unsafe as there seemed to be drug users on the property. “Very nice, clean, and well-maintained hotel! The afternoon/early evening desk clerk was uber nice, friendly and helpful. The pool was very nice and clean. Everything was top notch. The only thing that was a little odd was the morning desk clerk had stepped away at 10:45 am (of all times!) and left a key deposit box out. That doesn't work for me. I want the personal hand-off to satisfy my OCD. I had someone to alert her and I waited. Not a complaint, just an observation. EXCELLENT property in……
