“The front desk is amazing at this hotel. They work well with every request. Our room was ready early and they let us check in. We wanted a room on an upper floor and they easily accommodated that. They are amazing. Parking is limited and tight but every hotel experiences this. Our room was great with a kitchenette. It was clean. They did not vacuum everyday and that would have helped. The access to the beach is easy.”

“This property has a gorgeous view of the ocean close enough to hear the waves at night and a very easy access path to the beach— flat with no steps so if you have older people who are navigating a walker or you have alot if beach gear, this is the place for you! There was enough room that you didn’t feel like you were stepping on each other and the kitchen was very user friendly. Also great pantry for storing your supplies! Bathrooms were fine, although they say they are updated recently, I feel……

“Easy access to places”

“The communication with the host was easy and fast. They were more than fair and accommodating for us. The view isn’t great but that’s reflected in the pricing of the unit. It was perfect for a last minute, quick visit to the beach. Plenty of pools, heated however still kind of chilly for the outdoor pools in early April. Kids loved the lazy river. The onsite restaurants’ prices were good. The only odd thing was the little cabinet furniture piece next to the bed. It was locked which is……

“As an avid traveler this is the first Penthouse on the beach. I would recommend for anyone to try this special place for a vacation. Our family does a reunion every two years and this penthouse was the Absolute BEST.”

“There was no onsite representative. The codes seemed very cumbersome. I called the contact number regarding the need for an additional parking pass due to unforeseen injury resulting in an additional vehicle being used to transport my guest. The "free" lots were quite a distance from the resort. This all caused stressed. The bathroom sink was slow to drain, a rug in the LR was torn at the edge which could cause a fall. The stench from the work on the elevators was very very irritating. ……
