“DO NOT RISK YOUR HEALTH OR MONEY HERE. This was the most disgusting, unprofessional hotel experience of my life. We arrived after a 7-hour drive with 5 people, including children with severe asthma and allergies. Capitalizing on our exhaustion, the front desk clerk pressured us into a 3-bedroom suite upgrade, charging an extra $190+.The room was a biohazard. We were hit by a wall of intense heat and a heavy, musty stench. The air was so thick it was physically hard to breathe—a medical emergency……

“Staff was kind but we got there late and office was closed. Had to wake up the owner and was never texted room number or key code as they promised. Door was opened by manager and since we didn't have key code, couldn't leave room or would get locked out. Good location on beach, but room smelled like weed. Had to spray Fabreze and Lysol throughout. Would have left except we were tired and it was after 11 pm. Seedy characters hanging around motel also. Was afraid to go out at night.”

“We had to walk 3 flights of steps to get to the hotel room. Very outdated, the pool was terrible! You could smell the chlorine from well off. The staff was decent, and was pet friendly which was the only reason we stayed their. Overall it was a good trip but it wasn't worth what out family was charged. Hotel pads up the pictures too make you believe its nicer than what it truly is.”

“This was a pigsty. False advertisement online. Fake pictures are posted. I can not believe Expedia allows them to book through them. Full of cockroaches, filthy. As soon as we got there we realized it was a scam. And thats not all, Despite all my efforts and telling Expedia I took pictures of the roaches and the filthy room including the stove that looked like a piece of trash, that property denied to refund my money. I paid 1,285 dollars for 2 nights! It was the weekend of Labor Day and because……

“For the price it was decent! The rooms were big enough for 6 people so that was helpful! It was overall cheap and the front office staff was nice but I believe there are people living there like full time which is cool I guess but a little strange like I was encroaching on their space and I didn’t love that but overall a great deal . There were no bugs so that was also a huge plus! All this to say for the value it was nice enough!”
