"We WANTED to love our stay here so much. It seemingly had all the elements for a great vacation (beautiful beach views, close to fun activities) but we ended up leaving our stay a day early because too many negative things happened at once and we wanted to move to our next destination. Since we weren't sure if the weather in Myrtle Beach in March would be warm, we booked this specific resort because of its indoor pools. Those were nice until one started leaking and it took the majority of our stay to fix. The hotel garage was under construction and the pool bars weren't open on the weekdays, which we found odd for a vacation destination during spring break. It felt eerily quiet for this time of year, which we realize could be due to the cooler weather, but we wished someone had told us ahead of time this was probably a better spot to choose for May through the warmer months when we could really enjoy the beach and the maintenance at the hotel was finished. "

"We arrived and went right to the balcony and enjoyed the ocean and pool view, wonderful, woke up and the pool was draining and within a few hours they were jackhammering the pool inside. We were there for only one more night so I was unable to use the pool or the balcony due to the noise. It was a beautiful warm sunny day and no pool. Very disappointed. We went through Expedia so they could do nothing. I went through Expedia and get a small credit as compensation which I appreciated, drove to Myrtle Beach from Buffalo NY for a pool weekend and the beach view. Was not happy."

"The breakfast menu was good. The air conditioning was noisy but did keep the room cool. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. "

"The girls at the front desk were so helpful and sweet. Our room was very clean, slightly outdated but clean. The view was perfect, and the pool area is beautiful. We would definitely stay again. "

"The room was subpar, paint peeling off the walls, the beds slept horrible, you literally feel the springs in the mattress. I was awaken at 8am on a Saturday morning to banging, sounds like hammering… I went to the front desk at 1:30 when it hadnt stopped and was told there is nothing they can do about the noise because owners arw allowed to work and do what they want in the units anytime 7am-10pm. He had to leave for the rest of the day due to the noise. The front desk staff was very dismissive- she said “theres nothing we can do!” I said so we have a room we cant even rest- sleep. She said yeah we cant do anything about it! Horrible experience- we go to Myrtle 3 times a year and this has been the WORST EXPERIENCE ever!!! I will NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PROPERTY "
