"Condo is nice and good to accommodate group of 12. Checkin process is good and kitchen items and bath towels were well stocked and sufficient for our group. Only little discomfort we had was top floor bedrooms were bit hotter during our stay in early august as they don’t have ac vents or fans, other than that everything is as advertised and met our expectations."

"My Two Daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at Happy Days Condo. It was a perfect location for our extended ski vacation as located close to both Petosky and Harber Springs. Place was clean, comfortable, very well equipped, and provided a true "home" feel during our stay. Additionally, overall communication with the rental management office was excellent.
