“Clean and safe , easy to find the motel. not far away from ferry”

“We enjoyed our 3 nights. Our cable didn't work the first night but was fixed the next day.”

“This is a gem amongst all motels and even hotels in the Mackinaw/St. Ignace area. Completely renovated, just like the pictures show it. And dog-friendly! Yes, you can hear occasional noise from adjacent rooms but that’s no difference when staying in a hotel. I will return to this motel anytime if I need an overnight stay in the area.”

“Cool little spot. Close to the water and walking g distance to the ferry and shops. Just needs to be cleaned better. There is only 1 ice machine which is not enough at all, and no laundry dry on the property”

“The view from our room of the bridge was fabulous and it was on a golf course! The hot tub was out of service so that was unfortunate. It was a great stay for a great price.”

“We chose this property because of the location and cost. It's clean with well worn furniture, things are a bit shabby but under new management. The beds were comfortable enough. We were there when the wildfire smoke came. During the first night we noticed a smoky smell in our room and awoke to extreme air quality issues. We had planned to go to Mackinac Island for the day but you couldn't walk outside without coughing. Actual ash was coating our car. We are retired and knew we could not……

“Door to the room scratched so hard on the threshold that it was creating a groove into threshold. Bottom of door was held together by drywall screws. Also, there was a wash cloth draped over the shower curtain rod from a previous guest. Other than that, it was decent.”

“Great location within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Can't give any feedback on breakfast, it wasn't available until 8 am and we left before then to catch an early ferry.”

“Front desk staff not very pleasant. Motel very run down and unkept. Very obvious no one cares about the place or guests. Pool was dirty and we wouldn’t even get in. Trash all along the beach. Very deceiving from pictures. Had alarm clock and coffee pot however neither had outlets to plug in near them only one was in bathroom right next to sink and cord had to go across sink real safe! I would not recommend this place at all. Exterior of place as disgusting.”
