“Excellent and cozy apartment with well-equipped kitchen. Staff are so nice. Just next to the main road in Girafu. 2-minute-walk to ski shuttle bus stop and 5-minute-walk to convenient shop. It is so convenient that many restaurants and shops nearby. We didn’t drive this time and we took ski bus from CTS airport. The Freshwater provided compliment shuttle from & to Girafu welcome centre on arrival and departure date. We will stay here again when we go to Niseko next time. 👍”

During my three night stays, no one contact me with with regards to my request. The check out time is 10 am and I called the reception the day of check out and requested for a hour late check out because my laundry machine is not done and needs 45mins - They refused and sent someone to my room, turned off the laundry machine and escorted me to check out and my……

“Nice three-bedroom apartment with an amazing view of Mt. Yotei (looks like Mt. Fuji). We came to ski and the property was tucked back on a side street about 1/2 mile from the resort. The staff provides a free private van shuttle during the day to and from the resort or to and from any local shops or restaurants, with a little notice. Even without notice, they try to accommodate you. One of the kids wanted to return mid-day from the ski resort and they picked us up within a few minutes. There……

“the worst stay experience I have ever had! The room is super compact, can not even open my luggage. The most ridiculous thing is there’s boiler in the room! So it’s super noisy, the sound is unbearable, can’t sleep during the night! And there’s some weird rain drop sound as well. The blind in the room can’t block the light, so it’s super bright in the morning. Got up everyday at 6 when the sun comes out. So if you want to have good rest, just stay away ”
