All hotel staff were very nice and the only regret we had was that we only spent three nights in December. We booked the skii class at the site and the instructors and staff were fantastic as well! "Très bel hébergement! Il manquait peut être un peu de vaisselle pour cuisiner. De plus l’annonce indiquait pour 6 personnes mais n’avais de la place que pour 5 personnes (par chance nous étions que 5). Mise a part ces petits détails tout était parfait. Nous avions oubliés une montre et le personnelle c’est occuper de tout pour nous l’envoyer par la poste! Nous avons grandement apprécier le temps qu’ils ont pris pour nous répondre rapidement et procéder a l’envoie! "

"広くて遊び道具が充実しており、子どもたちもとても喜んでおりました。テントサウナも盛り上がりました。バーベキューセットも一通り揃っているようなので、今度は暖かい時期に利用したいと思います。 食器類やタオルなど、すべて揃っているので快適に過ごせました。細かいところになりますが、コーヒーミルが付いているという事前情報だったので、豆を持って行ったのですがミルが見当たらなかったのが少し残念でした。またフライ返しがなかったので目玉焼きを焼くのに苦労しまし。"

"The room was very nice, and it was fun that they provided a yukata in the room and made it easy to obtain more in the lobby. The grand bath was enormous, and I had an excellent time soaking in the different kinds of onsen water. The outdoors section of the bath was absolutely wonderful in the winter. It was also great to have the area behind the lobby before the grand bath with the restaurant, shopping center, capsule toy machines, and arcade; I really appreciated having those inside the hotel, especially during the frigid winter when I would have had to get out of the yukata and into winter clothes to go into town."

"This is a gem of a hotel. Located on the edge of the lake with an amazing view. The hotel has a genuine Japanese vibe. The rooms have baths with hot spring water. The hotel staff have variable english skills but they are very helpful. The nearby village has lots of great restaurants. 30 minute drive to Rusutsu."
