The location was fantastic, but unfortunately our non-smoking room stink horribly of cigarette smoke. We had coughing fits all night. Staff was not very welcoming compared to hospitality across our trip. Last con is this was the most firm bed of our whole trip.... less comfy than futon. Best pro was the location, but we had an uncomfortable cramped and smoke filled stay that made us wish we had our backup hotel for the whole stay in Sapporo. Payed the same price down the street for a room with no smoke smell, bigger room, and comfier beds...wouldn't stay here again.

Environment good but location is fa from station

Room was just ok, bed and pillows were hard and uncomfortable, hotel felt old, awkward encounters with staff and they didn't know English so it was confusing. They only gave us 4 pillows in our room for 5 people.

Good location. The unit has Japanese tatami room, which was a good experience while staying. There is no reception, but all the necessary stuff was well prepared.
