As we stayed in the house during June/July 2020, it was nice to be in a less crowded area of Gulf Shores, which still allowed for good social distancing. If you're looking for a spacious and nice location for relaxing and enjoying the beach, this fits the bill!"

"I always live visiting the island and I try out different homes just because I like to see ideas on decorating and home design.This one was a nice touch of both design and decorating. We loved the large wrap around porch so we could avoid the heat if needed. The spacious inside was nice for our group. A large kitchen table and the sectional in the living room area allowed plenty of comfortable seating. The bedrooms were nice, with comfortable mattresses to sleep. The bench swings under the house gave plenty of shade and breeze. That was one of my favorite resting places. The out door showers with privacy was absolutely the greatest need when coming back from the beach! This house provided boogie boards, sand toys, and other floating devices if you would choose. Sand chairs to use at the beach!We had all that we needed to do what we wanted. Thank you for allowing us to stay here! This may become a repeat place for us!Thank you!"

"We had a great vacation in Dauphin Island again this year. We have two small children with us who do not do well with restaurant wait. It is great to have a well stocked kitchen that allows us to cook full meals for 13 people. The “toy” closet is great to have. We bring our kayaks and the two available house kayaks allow several to go out together. Thanks for a great week."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great vacation. There was plenty of room for everyone, and it truly felt like a home away from home.One of our favorite things was how incredibly close we were to the beach. The ocean was literally just steps away from the house! Being able to walk out and be on the beach within moments was amazing and made the whole trip even better. No loading up the car, hauling everything a long distance, or worrying about parking—just grab your things and walk right out to the beach!The location on Dauphin Island was fantastic. It was peaceful, relaxing, and never felt crowded or overly commercialized. The house was exactly what we hoped for and made our vacation even more enjoyable.Everything was well maintained, the home was thoughtfully stocked, and it was obvious that the owners take pride in making sure their guests have a great experience. We made so many wonderful memories here and were genuinely sad when it was time to leave.We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this home without hesitation to anyone looking for a relaxing Dauphin Island getaway. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! "

"Excellent sunset deck, able to watch a distant storm under cover. Beach was super easy to access, and sand was clean and beautiful. The kids frolicked for hours in the waves. Dolphins made an appearance as well. The house is well laid out, clean and bathrooms were perfect. We are a family of 6, and the space was much appreciated. Nearby food options were great, although many close down early and/or are closed on Mon/Tue (so make a reservation your first night in!) We loved it, will be back!"

"This is a lovely beach property and a great location. The rooms are a good size and the wraparound desk is nice to unwind and our dogs loved hanging outside there. The property could use a little TLC, but ultimately, our family loved lounging around and we built great memories here."
