“One week ago, I offered a tepid review of a dated and worn Hampton Inn and our adequate but cramped room in Mountain Brook, Alabama. One week later, our experience at another Hampton Inn in Evergreen, Alabama was radically different in all the best of ways. This facility seemed brand new, was beautifully designed and appointed, and both the overall property and our particular room met the very highest standards one could ever expect in an interstate hotel in this chain lodging class. “The only issue for me was that the bellboy was required to take my luggage to the room when I was capable of loading the cart and wheeling it myself.Other than that, the place was top notch. ”

“Staff went over and above as we had a traveler with an overheated vehicle and was stranded with us overnight after a family wedding in the area. The desk clerk called a mechanic that agreed to come look for $50 the next morning, which was a SUNDAY. She saved the day!! Our room was clean, all the staff was friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was wonderful, good selection of items and well stocked on everything. ”

“Sweet HOME Alabama, at least for tonite! Driving home from Nevada in our RV with our dog & cat. Got caught in exeptional cold weather in Texas, we'd been driving since 5 AM, arriving at Sleep Inn after 7 PM exhausted. NEVER been so grateful to be greeted by Andrew & Barry at the desk. Got us checked in, and made coffee & tea for us as we gathered our belongings from the van to go to our room. Clean, quiet room with wonderfully comfortable beds. After showers and a great nights sleep, we were……

“Loved this property. Parking was right next to the door. The staff was very friendly, going beyond the normal pleasantries to engage in actual meaningful conversation. The room was quiet, comfortable, and clean. The thunderstorm that went through was hardly noticeable. Breakfast offered many delicious options. Would undoubtedly stay here again when in the area. ”
