Very friendly staff, quiet and clean room

Check in was an adventure. Multiple people in front of us were extremely upset for whatever reason which delayed everyone checking in. Even though I booked through Expedia and paid the $300 at the time of booking, I was charged 74 dollars with no explanation other than “it must be a fee from Expedia “. I also paid the refundable 50 dollars that basically every hotel charges. At checkout I was charged another 94 dollars that no one at the hotel could explain what it was for. I called the hotel and was told the Manager would call me back. It’s been 13 hours and still no call. I will never stay in a Springhill hotel ever again.
