“Their check in instructions are terrible and give you the wrong instructions for the wrong building. And the wrong pictures for the wrong entry doors.”

“Great place to stay. Friendly quiet neighborhood. Monty is a great host. Attentive and communicative. Will definitely book again next time I'm in town and need a place to stay.”

“Had to contact host for the garage key fob and door was so rude I just disconnected. After a 7 hour drive I was not about to deal with it. FINALLY found the location then walked a mile to the room was not convenient at all!Stains in carpet hait left in drawers wasn't the cleanest for the attitude given. Was decent but cheaply decorated. Worked for the 2 nights we stayed but definitely should had choose downtown, was also cheaper. The pool my son and I went, took us about 30mins to locate how to……

“Great condo and location! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. There were a few hiccups but the host was very responsive and addressed everything right away.”

“Jungle on the Square was super fun, well-appointed, accessible to lots of options in downtown Decatur, and equipped with pool, game room, gym, easy parking, etc.”

“Great location!”

“This property should NOT be on VRBO. When we pulled up, it looked like an abandoned house, with overflowing trash cans at the road and trash spilled all over the front lawn! The apartment was clean, but the pictures were deceiving, much more sparce furniture than the pictures show. The worst part? There was absolutely NO smoke detector or CO detector in the apartment and the back stairs in the hallway(we were on the second floor) was blocked with junk and unusable as an alternate exit-I'm sure a……

“Super clean just wasn’t a fan of the area too much, but I do recommend”

“Nice place, lovely hosts. A lock on the door going to the main part of the house, and on the door to the attic storage area would make it feel more secure. Some travelers might wish to know that there is no door on bathroom.”

“I was disappointed overall with my stay especially for the amount I paid. The entrance made me feel like a mistress sneaking into the house. It would have been awful if I couldn’t carry my roller bag. I saw several cockroaches in the house (I have pictures), the bed and the pillows were so uncomfortable and it was insanely squeaky, the yard wasn’t cared for at all and there were cobwebs on everything which made using the outdoor area less appealing, the kitchen sink had no water pressure so it……

“Stay was just ok. We needed to be in the specific area.Pros- good space for a few daysEnough coffee pods and creamer for our stayParking and entry on same level-no stairsHost was responsiveCons- no door to bathroom Non working dishwasher or tabsSliding door blinds didn't pivot so unless blinds were pulled open the space felt darkMinimal kitchen supplies, could use a cork screw and pitcher Close to things by car but not in the center of town”

“Awesome spot. Location was great. Quick walk to Decatur and the Marta station. Stayed with family of 4. Kids enjoyed their separate beds. Apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!”

“Sadly, this property was staged nicely for pictures, but was very deceptive. I feel compelled to share so others don’t get duped. The description doesn’t mention the somewhat steep, narrow, uneven walkway down to the back of building, so anyone with mobility issues would have a difficult time. The entrance to the property is dark, there was trash and debris on the patio and off the edge of the patio, and screen for the screen door was torn in many places. Inside, I found peeling paint in the……

“Outstanding location and beautiful property. Lots of options close by / walkable. ”
