“Like this place. Friendly staff ”

“The bathroom floor was dirty. The breakfast was very minimal compared to the advertised amenity. The pool had no heat, the pool room had no heat so unusable!”

“We weren’t in town for any good reasons, just for family in the hospital, but this hotel and its staff made our stay in Sioux Falls so much better. Everyone was so friendly and smiling when we passed them in the halls and at the front desk. The pool and hot tub were very clean, as was the whole hotel. The breakfast bar was definitely one of the best we have had at a regular hotel and the staff wrote fun notes on the yogurt cups and banana peels; there were also smily faces on the oranges.……

“This house had everything down to the marshmallows and sprinkles for hot chocolate. The halls were decked. Our granddaughters loved the reading knook. Our nine year old granddaughter loved the craft supplies. I packed essentials like laundry detergent and coffee and discovered laundry detergent and coffee! The pocket door in the hall kept the dogs out of the main floor bedrooms. It was so handy to have a garage door opener to the double car garage. The fenced in back yard was enjoyed by our four……

“This was a very nice, clean, well stocked home. It was perfect for our family gathering.”

“Our hotel bathroom toilet wouldnt flush correctly. They had maintenance come and take a look at it and they said nothing was wrong with it, and yet, we had to fill the icebucket with water from the sink and then pour it into the toilet just to be able to flush it. We also got stuck in the elevator that was supposed to be the one that was “working.” We decided we would never stay there twice.”
