The kettle was dirty which staff changed for me on my request;
The shower wasn’t draining so after one person had shower, no one else can step in as it’s like a pool. Asked reception but no assistance provided other than “sorry”.

“When we booked and received confirmation of booking instructions said they would send us code for building 48 hours before arrival. We never got any information had to contact them on day of check in.

“The room was beautiful and clean, as were the gardens and building, and the check in was friendly. If we were reviewing based on that alone it would be 10 out of 10. Unfortunately the fundamentals of a B&B, ie sleeping and breakfast, fell way short. The noise from the planes meant a very disturbed night's sleep. We did not know, nor were we advised, that we were on a direct flight path with planes coming in very low and loud right above the hotel. We bearly slept. The breakfast the following day……
