Beautiful place, extremely friendly staff

Fantastic gem of a place in the heart of Paisley. A few minutes walk from plenty of eateries, the train and Paisley Abbey. Newly renovated, former department store from years back and now a great little modern apartment hotel. A little road noise being on the main drag but select just fine. Secure parking, comfy beds and overall, just a great stay here.

We were allowed to check in early. Very friendly staff.

This is a little gem! Convenient to all of our excursions . The bed was heaven! Great pillows! A fan was provided. Bathrooms were clean with good smelling products. I like that our room had a separate toilet room from shower room. There were plenty of places to store luggage, clothes, etc. They provide earplugs in case it gets too loud downstairs, but we didn’t really need them. We’re had a great room, with all the best amenities , clearly newly refurbished. Unfortunately the upstairs hallway was dark, dreary and old. And there is no lift, though the delightful manager was happy to carry bags up there. Food was good in the restaurant, too. Do be aware that this is not actually close to the airpor.

We loved our stay here! Great location in the West End next to the "Hop-on-Hop-off" tour bus line. Excellent restaurant. Very comfortable beds, larger than average rooms, excellent shower. I read some nit-picky reviews about this hotel on Expedia and I think those reviewers must not be frequent International travelers because this place was wonderful. While about a 25 min drive into Glasgow city center, this was a wonderful place to spend our last few days. The service was fantastic, restaurant very good, spa/sauna a wonderful experience, and the rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet.

The Social Hub was very clean and had games/events throughout the time we were there. The rooftop bar was not as we expected, but the restaurant on the 1sr floor was phenomenal! It is also in a very easily accessible area to everything around!

The staff was incredibly friendly. The historic building is beautiful. The room was spacious and had a kitchen. Everything was spotless. The bathroom shower was large, great water pressure and temperature. The bed is super comfortable. They don't make up the rooms daily, as it is an apartment hotel. Centrally located for my concert going activities

Basically all was excellent but toilet was not cleaned one day. Very nice room but public areas need facelift. Location 6 stars.

I'm so sad that we were only in town for one night. My sister and I did a road trip around Scotland, and this was our last night. It was the BEST hotel we stayed in. The staff was amazing and nice. The hotel was quirky and upscale. The breakfast was delicious (the best we had eaten the whole time we were in Scotland).

Of all the places we stayed during our 10 days in Scotland the Sherbrooke was the absolute best. (And we stayed in a few rather nice places, including the Scotsman in Edinburgh) Every member of the staff was beyond polite, friendly and accommodating. They could not do enough to help us feel both welcome and comfortable. In addition, the evening was gorgeous and our photos of the grounds and sunset were exquisite. What a way to end a trip at such a marvelous establishment.
