“Instructions for access were sent well ahead of time, and were very easy to follow. Luggage storage was a great bonus and made life really easy. Location was great, central to shops and transport. Kitchen was well equipped, and the whole place was clean and welcoming.
Only thing missing would be some hooks in the bathroom closer to the shower to avoid getting water everywhere after. ”

“I arrived late at night and Andrew at the reception helped me with my room promptly. The room was well-lit spacious and clean. It had a desk, a bed and a closet. The bathroom was really clean but did not have any toiletries. They provided a face towel and a body towel.”

“Cleanliness in the apartment was top notch but the entrance from the door through the staircase was not pleasant. The stairs should be rugged atleast, to give it good first impression.
The shower wasn't working or we couldn't get through with turning it on, so we had to be fetching water from kitchen each time we wanted to shower.
We also couldn't access the wifi. The password was there but we didn't know what network to connect to as there were many on the drop down and we kept trying the……
