"I hate to do this, I like toctry to give the benefit of the doubt, ut when we arrived we were checked in and go to our room only to find someone in the room already. Mistakes happen, so the worker gave us the other person's room. Wasnt the same type of room, so we were a bed short, but we didnt complain. Noticed multiple charges on my card by Sunday- talked to front desk to make sure I wasnt being charged for both rooms- in fact my card was attached to both rooms. Thought they had taken care of it only to find out this evening that I was charged an extra $360 for the room we didnt stay in. The charges have went through, no longer pending so someone stayed free and I paid for both rooms?!? I have frequented this hotel and am very disappointed. I disagree with the way hotels do this type of charging- pay when you check in and quit with all the extra charge here, extra charge there all pending for days until you are long gone and can't do anything about it."

"Room 218 sounds like a freight train runs through it. Every time the elevator is in use it rumbles through your room you can’t sleep through it. Also I have a change on my card for $10 not sure what that was for."

"The location was good. The price was good. The room itself was only okay. There was wallpaper/plaster coming off the ceiling. There was rust in the bathroom. There was no ice machine and the elevator was out of order."
