“We stayed at this loft on a cross country trip. Dan was very responsive to any of our questions. The loft is conveniently located to restaurants. It has an industrial vibe and due to the high ceiling and windows was a little chilly but we had read the previous reviews and were prepared for this, but it was not bad at all. The bed was comfortable with good sheets. We used the 6th floor outdoor dog station which was nice as well. ”

“Our stay in downtown Des Moines was for an entire week. This Kasa rental worked very well for us. It was nice having the extra things like kitchen, laundry, living room, game room, etc. that you don't get staying in a hotel. Our room was located in a noisy spot. We heard the garage doors open and close often. We were also awakened by the garage pickup. Still, it was a good value and great location for us.”

“The hostess was very accommodating. My husband called her on three occasions with quesrions. Each time she clarified things for him quickly and very nicely even telling him she could come right over if he needed further assistance. Her Cottage House was very clean and nicely furnished. She provided three hide-s-beds, a beautiful washer and dryer, hair blower, nice electric stove, small microwave, ery clean refrigerator, private bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed.
