“EZ walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Clean enough, A/C smelly, balcony slider did not lock. But we were 5 floors up. View of lake Michigan from room was nice. Could keep an eye on car in parking lot from room. Would stay again, location so convenient.”

“The room needed to be cleaned better. There were 2 issues. 1st, the sheet on the pull out bed had a stain on it. I informed the staff and they delivered new sheets. The sink was dirty as well around the drain and the overfill drain, which was really dirty. We informed the staff when they delivered the new sheets and he came back with cleaner and a brush and cleaned up the sink. While the staff was responsive to these issues, the should not have happened in the first place.”
