“The staff. Had wonderful thoughtful service once I entered the hotel. Ross was the first who helped and was very helpful in my checking process. Then Danielle which was so helpful in helping with my room a d made helpful ideas with my disability. Once I saw her I had remembered seeing her previously when I stayed. Just as thoughtful, personable put customer first mentality sweet person ever. A good representative for you Hotel. Then the next day I stayed Shay totally the same Ora about her,……
