“My rooms ac wasn’t working at all when I got to my room. Went down to ask them to fix it and they said maintenance would be there right away. A hour and a half later I went down again because no one showed up, and they said the lady forgot to put the repair ticket in it. The manager at the front desk was also very rude to me. The ac wasn’t working temporarily fixed for about 12 hours then the next morning it was blowing hot air only. I went down again, and the front desk manager rudely gave me……
