“oh my god i love here，This was the most wonderful time during this period for me. I'm sure I'll come again. Although it's close to the lake, the bed is not damp at all. The nature is very beautiful and the air is very fresh. But I suggest coming when the weather is warm because it's too cold to swim or row a boat”

“The staff were extremely helpful and amazing. The breakfast was 10/10 hands down one of the best out of many hotels I've been to. The golf course is cool as well and the pool is a good size for any family to enjoy. I recommend this hotel for any family to have a blast.”

“The place didn't look dirty but had an unpleasant odor. We had a room on 2nd floor,there is no elevator or even the wheeled carts to bring in your things. We have a child in a wheelchair they said we could have handicap room on 1st floor for extra 30. We already paid but didn't want to carry everything up stairs so paid the extra. The pool was freezing and there was no bathtub or railings by commode in their handicap room. We go so the kids can swim, but pool is not heated. Breakfast”

She told us it was related to something associated with ice and conditions over the winter. However, it continued to drop throughout the evening and in the morning after using it it progressed to a steady stream. The property is generally managed through messaging and reportedly there are caretakers on site. I……

“I was double charges $969 by IHG Indigo North Conway NH. When I tried to call, all I could get was the poor voice response automation and was unable to resolve their error over the phone. As a result, I then had to open a credit card dispute to get the duplicate charge removed. This issue is still not resolved and I have wasted a lot of my limited personal time trying to fix the hotel’s error.”
