“We loved the ocean view room and the convenience of the pool side bar to then walk right to the beach on the access path! Great for families with kids there are a lot of children ours are older so the beach was nice for us. ”

“The overall experience was nice I loved how the rooms are. The only thing I didn’t like was the elevators they where horrible hut besides that I enjoyed my stay I would come here just to relax ”

“Our stay could have been a lot better If the rooms wasn't so old looking and cleaner, we had a kitchenette in which the oven diir was broken about to fall off when u opened it, the hallway smelled like piss, long wait for the elevators, however the room had very good AC.”

“The house was great and perfect for multiple families. There were a few small hiccups such as trash pick not happening the day it was supposed to so it still had the other guest’s trash and we ran out of room for ours but the response was almost immediate and the trash was picked up within less than an hour of us messaging! The area was also great. We had a group of 15 for reference and we all had plenty of room!”

“Only complaint is with housekeeping services. With our week long rental we were supposed to get a daily tidy service and a full clean on Wednesday. While we got the full clean on Wednesday, we never received the daily tidy service despite bring it to the staff and management’s attention. Valet staff was fantastic. ”

“Some important things you have to know before booking this hotel: 1. No soundproof. That means you can hear everything from next door. 2. This hotel is dirty and old. See pictures. 3. If you have kids or old people with you, or even for yourselves, you have to be very careful about the bathroom. The floor in the bathroom becomes very wet after bath. Summary: Do NOT book this hotel unless you have to. If you have no other choices, oh well. ”

“I'll admit the check-in was long. I feel they needed one more person working at the lobby desk but once we were up to check-in Will was great. He patient, thorough and pleasant. Any staff member we came across were kind and accommodating. Once we got to our room, I always clean my room and the room was quite clean. Our room had 2 queen size beds a larger fridge and an ocean view. We didn't spend much time in our but when we did, it was quiet, air was great and the beds were comfortable.The……

“Some of the staff at the front desk needs a little customer service training they surely were not friendly and felt like you were bothering them by just speaking to them BUT the properties were 👍”

“Overall, was good experience. Hotel was undergoing multiple renovations so not all amenities were available. Kids (5-7y/o) loved the several pools. ”

“The hotel was awesome, the people were nice, room very clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. The only thing iI didn't like about Breakfast, it wasn't warm enough. Turn up the warmers. The other thing i didn't like the air conditioning made noise if it was set at a lower temperature. I will be back and i recommend this hotel! I give it a 10”

“Condo was a lot more than we expected, beautifull well equipped, and very clean. Pool was great and the pool area was always clean. All the free shuttle and transportation was a big plus. We highly recommend this place for your stay. The staff was great too.”

“Check in reception was great. Property great! Everything on resort for entertainment. Only issue I had was my keys didn’t work at check in and I had to wait outside with a newborn for 30 mins until my sister arrived and had to grab new keys because security never came. Other than that, I would stay again.”

“For a long term stay,bring everything you'll have at home. There 3 weekends and only saw housekeeping once. Other than me going out to buy stuff such as broom,mop, cleaning things the unit was everything i needed it be. I just treted it like it was my own one bedroom apartment that doesnt come with housekeeping. ”
