"Our room was very comfortable. Had everything that we needed. Julie was very friendly and greeted us as we arrived. It was very clean, quiet and close to the village of Schroon Lake. It was a busy weekend for the area. We got take out at DeCeseare's Pizza. Took it back to the room and relaxed.There were plenty of toiletries and soft towels in the bathroom. Definitely would stay there again."

"The owner Mike was very nice right from the start. Gave helpful suggestions about places to visit and eat in the area. Our other hotel when we asked for the same told us to Google it! The kitchen staff was very kind and served us well for the great breakfast that was served. I also liked the fact that the refrigerators in the room had a freezer compartment as we used it for freezer packs for our cooler. I would definitely recommend this venue and would consider other hotels with the same name because of the good experience we had in Queensbury/Lake George. Situated in an area that was within close proximity to the highways but not on it so as to be noisy."

"My wife and I had an amazing time at Depe Dene. We were celebrating our anniversary and the resort went above and beyond in leaving a surprise for us when we arrived. We loved the townhouse and the amazing views from our balcony/deck as well as the beach. Everyone was very friendly and the bathroom was obviously newly renovated. The two things that left a little something to be desired was the fact that the couch was clearly busted. When you sat in it you almost sank to the floor, it was very uncomfortable and we couldn't use it much when we were trying to relax. The other thing that could have been improved on would be having a smart tv rather than just being connected to local cable. So being able to relax in our down time in the living room left something to be desired. All that being said I would not hesitate to stay there again, and we were already talking about booking it for our anniversary next year. Overall we really enjoyed our stay."

"Lovely stay in Lake George. Great location, super easy walk to the main strip of Canada Street without being noisy at night. Parking was easy (no parallel parking) and it was easy to get in and out of the parking lot, accessible from two different streets. Supermarket is in walking distance."

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The staff were professional. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was okay. Enough to satisfy an appetite with eggs, waffles, bagels, yogurts, coffee muffins and tea. No meat served. The first floor hall has a heavy smell of what appeared to be cumin or curry. Carpets need a food shampoo. There was a smell of marijuana in the vestibule as we left. This is a good place ro stay but minor things mentioned should be addressed."

"The room was very clean and comfortable. All of the staff I talked to were friendly and helpful. My room didn't have a view of the lake. But only had to walk a minute or 2 to get to the water. At the end of the parking lot there is a hallway that gets you to the lake, the pool, and the pool bar. Nice views there and lots of chairs and outdoor type couches. About a 10-minute walk gets you to Shepard Park etc."
