“Dilapidated property with units that appear to have permanent residents in them, picture the projects. We checked in and noticed that our room had clearly been smoked in. We immediately contacted the owner who said it was barbecue smoke that we were smelling. We decided to leave due to the condition of the room/property and the strong odor. Unfortunately, we were still charged and when we contacted Expedia about this; we were offered only a partial refund due to their non-refundable cancellation……

The docks on the lake offer beautiful views and the pool area was well maintained. My only complaint is that our room had a large number of flies that never seemed to stop appearing. Otherwise the property is clean and well maintained with a courteous and friendly staff.”
