Be AWARE that the bathroom situation is as it is written: The outhouse is the sole bathroom, and it is very clean with modern seating arrangements, but just like a classic outhouse, it does not have running water. The Ausable River is right outside the door and a short walk to an easy access fly fishing pool.Close to many High Peak trailheads and fabulous restaurants around the corner.
