“The ground floor room was fine, with easy access to the parking area. The shower room was very clean and modern; the bedding was immaculate on a comfortable bed; it was a shame the carpet hadn't been vacuumed. We would have liked a small fridge and a second opening window as the weather was exceedingly hot, but we appreciated the air conditioning. We couldn't see the point of the massive television, that was too close to watch anyway.
The parking area was roomy and secure.

“Situated near the station and at the top of the main drag, this hotel is in dire need of some tlc. They do appear to have a programme of renovations in hand, but our corner room had several cracked window panes and dated furnishings. The sink does not have a mixer tap, and the hot water is scalding, while there is almost no water pressure for the shower. “Good location, huge carpark, comfy bed , very quiet rooms, and really good friendly helpful staff. Only downside in the room was the shower which was very weak. Breakfast wasnt great, £14 each for a buffet but the quality wasn't great but it's hard when you're massive catering like that I suppose. Overall a nice comfortable stay and we would use it again.”

“I think a lot of people has reviewed on this. But I can only said air conditioning system issue need to be fix. Otherwise it is hard for other customer wants to stay.
It is summer time and the air conditioning system not work. All you got is a fan will only have little help. Can you imagine stay in the room with 27C? And there is not compensation. Charging almost 100 pound per night, and it is the sleep environment we got.”
