"All good but breakfast was a disappointment not enough hop food available big que waiting for more food from kitchen so by the time some hot food arrives the other is cold total disaster if your in a hurry walk across the road to McDonalds quicker otherwise ok"

"The rooms were clean, the staff were very nice, however the whole hotel needs a remodel. The carpets in rooms were very old. Breakfast was ok. "

"To be fair the room was reasonably clean, however due to the poor decor, it felt like the room was less clean than it probably was. The staff were not there on arrival, and we were unable to book in using the electronic booking in system, and we had to wait for the receptionist to return in order to do so. The receptionst claimed that this was because we only reserved the room an hour ago. However, a gentleman who reserved his room 3 days before had the same issue. We were charged £2.50 for parking. I felt that this was unexceptable as the hotel owned the car park area. Totally unacceptable. The bedding, in my opinion, was a little tired, and grubby. "
