The night porter was very friendly and helpful. He was a delight. It is a nice, clean, no frills hotel room with a very comfortable bed. I would stay there again.

Room was ok, clean, but lacked wardrobe space. Bizarrely we were in an accessible room which we didn't ask for so the bathroom was as you would expect in a care home. Breakfast was fine but nothing to write home about. Bacon was good, thick cut and tasty. Fried egg was overcooked for my liking as was the sausage. Nice croissant, and good options on cereals. Tea was self service and sadly from a heated urn and any tea lover will know we need boiling water for a decent cuppa!

Great spot, easy to drive to. Rooms good size, we had a twin room with 2 single beds which looked like they were usually fastened together to make a double. Singles quite narrow.

All Good, very reasonable prices, I recommend customers leave luggage in car until checked in, as accommodation is on opposite side of car park, no complaints, very nice staff, and accommodation presentable, very good food and drink choices, IMPORTANT-- the room key (card) is also used to enter the accommodation block as well as your room.

I had a really positive stay. Every member of staff I met was super friendly and welcoming, and check‑in was smooth and informative. I also really appreciated them keeping my medication chilled in their fridge without any hesitation. The room was clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is very convenient, with shops and places to eat just a short walk away, and the free parking made things even easier. Overall, a pleasant and hassle‑free experience that I’d happily repeat.
