“It was our first time at Cocoa Beach and we loved the town. Great food, lots within walking distance. The condo is quiet and comfortable, and the view from the balcony is ideal. Umbrella and beach chair rentals are located right beside beach access and beach was not crowded. We would definitely come back.”

“The townhouse is super cute! Easy to find via google map. You can see the ocean from the balcony and it’s a quick walk across the road to the beach. Overall clean and comfortable. 10/10 would recommend to a friend. I’ve actually thought about doing a joint family trip and using both town houses to sleep 10 comfortably.
