“IF YOU'RE READING THIS.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! The place is old, dilapidated, full of bugs, and reeks of mold, old sewer, cats which their are 4, stale opened cans of cat food, and cat piss. “The location in old cocoa village is excellent, the B&B staff was incredibly nice and very helpful. The historic building is very charming. At the end of the day you can sip wine on the back deck. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.”

“We had the pleasure of meeting Bonnie as we were checking in. We were running late, past 6:00 p.m. And we were pleased to see that Bonnie was still there.
