“Excellent overnight stay prior to getting the Channel Tunnel to France for a holiday. Great location, lovely English pub, good food, great accommodation and lovely staff. Second stay here but will definitely book again if we are going to Europe in the future.”

“Hotel was very clean,staff very helpful. Breakfast was ok but the quality of cooked food could have been better. We went for a wedding which was lovely. We didn't use the spa or pool as only there for one night. It was the hottest day of the year and in the parts that were air conditioned it was ok but the actual wedding was outside in the garden and there was no shade for the quests we were all melting and got sun burnt so would advise if its the reason for your visit take hats or umbrella. “We recently attended a nearby wedding and stayed at The Five Bells, an amazing family-run pub and B&B. The family room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, with complimentary toiletries that were especially appreciated as we’d forgotten ours at home. Mary and her daughters were incredibly warm and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend this lovely place.”
