Perfect spot on the sea front. Close to everything. We had dogs, room perfect and staff very friendly. Can walk to shops nearby lots of bars and restaurants. Beautiful walk along the seafront.

Beautiful old building, with a slightly tired interior. We had a big, somewhat quirky, room with a nice view. The location, right across from the waterfront, was great. Not especially close to the train station, but still walkable (we did it). Breakfast was good.

It seems we were lucky to be in the smaller rooms on the top floor, as these were air conditioned! I can’t really say better than fine overall, which is in part because of the cost - for what it was, it didn’t feel like good value. The styling in the hotel is a bit off (eg. bar lighting too bright) and the communal areas to the rooms a bit shabby. It was fine for a two night stay, given the location is excellent.

We used this as a convenient one night stopover before an early channel tunnel boarding. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Didn't use facilities as we arrived too late for supper and left before breakfast in the morning. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Served the purpose very well.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the food was great. We chose it for the proximity to Le Shuttle and had a very early crossing so no breakfast! The only down side was that the building had scaffolding up and that spoiled the look and our view.

Perfect for one night. Lovely room at the top of the hotel. All looked new and was very clean. Great evening meal in the restaurant:bar. And good breakfast too. All in all a very good stay and a very good price.
