“Luann was the sweetest host and so responsive through the process. We had such a wonderful time. The house was clean and inviting. We felt like we were staying at a friend or family members home. The kids loved it too and said they didn’t want to leave the house. Luann was sweet to leave fish food for them so they could feed the fish in the pond. The yard was so charming and great for play as well. I could write so much more, but I highly recommend staying here and the lake was so incredibly……

“The house was adorable and looked exactly like pictured on the website. The only suggestions i have is having the AC unit on upon guest arrival. We arrive at 10 pm and the downstairs temperature was 86, whereas it 88 degrees upstairs. It took several hours for us to settle in due to the extreme heat in the home. Another suggestion would be for more cookware, as the home had 1 pot and a rusted saucepan. Otherwise the neighborhood was quiet, the home was comfortable, and it was located close to……

“We had a fantastic stay at this property! Everything was great—from the clean and well-maintained house to the excellent communication with the host. We were a group of six, and the home offered plenty of space for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable.The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, with friendly neighbors and even some surprise visits from local wildlife—we spotted deer, a chipmunk, and a variety of birds, which was a treat!The location was also perfect. “We were in town for a Braves game and stayed at this property so we could all be together with family. We fell in love with the house! It was quiet with no neighbor noise. We loved being able to sit on the back porch. Part of our stay we went to the Coke Museum and it was literally only a mile away. Great location, clean property, and very helpful owner. Some road work was being done and the owner let us know before we got there just to expect. Had a great time and would definitely stay here……

It was great little house, very clean, very well equipped (including pack and play and high chair) and it has a little backyard in which they enjoyed to play. The neighborhood is very calm and has cutes birds and fireflies, again, great with kids. It is also well located, easy access to the main roads makes it a good place if you come yo visit the area”

“Inside was clean and well stocked with all the daily necessities of living. We were comfortable and slept well. The water was HOT at all times in both bathrooms. The AC worked excellent and kept the house temperature comfortably cool. The host was quick to respond and allowed early check-in. The outside needs pressure washing and some minor repairs, but the inside made up for the outside. Highly recommend ”

“I will definitely be using this home for my next and hopefully all trips in Georgia. The home was comfortable and spacious…there were towels out on the bed, folded neatly. "The route to the room was confusing and there was no clear guidance. Many guests, like us, kept getting lost and taking the wrong paths over and over again. The front desk service was excellent. The interior of the hotel rooms, the swimming pool facilities, the bar, etc. all met the standards of a four-star hotel. However, the toilet in the room was not much different from that in a motel. It was rather simple and it seemed that the hotel had run out of funds when it came to decorating the toilets in the rooms."
